Our client created a repository of resources for companies to use so that when they had a new idea, they did not have to re-invent the wheel. Instead, they can just go to our client's website, pick out what they want to use and pay the creator directly.
Our client created a token to award creators as an incentive to create good content--the more popular their content was, the more tokens they received, thus incentivizing the best work. Curators were also rewarded for curating the work. The tokens can be used to make purchases on the website.
Companies, unlike creators, were not contributing to our client's website, so they were required to pay for access.
In consulting with our client, we decided that the best way to do this was to grant a license to the companies to access the website, with the fee payable in tokens.
We drafted a token license agreement on behalf of our client, which our client is now using to sell to enterprise clients.
